It is important that you register an adress where you or someone else can receive and sign off the delivery. The delivery is normally made by DHL or UPS and it will take 3-7 working days to receive the package. There will be no notification prior to the delivery.
Please note that returns will only be accepted if the product is in unused condition and labels are fully intact. The return should be made within 14 days after receipt of your product. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card upon the return of the product. Please note that your expenses for returning the product to us will not be refunded.

2. Fill in the return form that you will receive from us.

3. Book the return delivery according to the instructions on the return form. Please keep your parcel number in case we would need to track the parcel. Please use the original wrapping and add the printed order confirmation along with your return. Please note that your expenses for returning products to us will not be refunded. 4. When we have received and approved the return the payment will be refunded to the card you used when placing your order. Alternatively the invoice will be cancelled and a new invoice will be send out that covers the cost for the return.

If you would like to exchange your product, please make a return and place a new order.

EUROPE: We offer free shipping to Europe for all our products. We normally ship within 24 hours and the deliverytime is 3-7 weeksdays.

REST OF THE WORLD: For orders outside Europe the cost may vary. We try hard to ship as fast as possible but shipping time varies for different parts of the world and might be longer at peak season and holidays.

EXPRESS: If you need a product for a special date please contact us (info@oblure.com) before order for us to confirm stock and delivery.

RETALERS: For countries and regions were our product are sold by retailes, shops and representatives we always encourage you to contact them for prices and availability. Please search for a shop near you at www.oblure.com/store-locator or contact us for more information.

We offer secure payment with our partners PayPal and Stripe and accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Oblure do not store any credit card information on our servers. Please contact us if you prefer to wire money so we can get back to you with instructions.

Oblure applies the Swedish law on consumers’ right and offers a warranty period of three years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers only defects existing at the time of delivery and does not cover defects or damage caused by the Customer or by any other circumstance which Oblure is not responsible for.
Under no circumstances shall Oblure be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of its obligations hereunder.
These Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection therewith shall be governed by Swedish law.
